Return Policy

Our policy is to honor back return within 30 days without a reason. After 30 days of the receiving your purchase, unfortunately we may not offer you a refund or exchange under those circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. The customer will pay for the shipment of the returned item. We will send you instructions of the exact address to send the returned item to.

Several types of goods are not eligible for return, such as: Perishable goods, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines will not be refunded under any circumstances. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items

In order to honor any returns we must receive from you proof of purchase such as your receipt in order to refund your purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do offer partial refunds for in certain situations such as:
Books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that have been opened.

We will not refund any item that is not in its original condition, and or is damaged, missing parts, or for any other reasons that are not due to our company error.

For item that are returned more than 30 days after delivery:

Regarding Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our company, we will send you a notification to your email confirming that we received your item. After your item is inspected, you will be notified of either the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund by 14 business days, please check your bank account again, and if you have still not received your refund, we advise you to then contact your credit card company. Many times it takes the credit card companies longer before your refund is officially credited to your card.

You may also contact your bank to see how long their processing time is. with most banks this process is often longer.

Refund of Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded, our company is that only original price items can be refunded.

Refund of Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any same item for the same item, please send us an email at psycofit@outlook.com

Refund of Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

However, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $15.99, please consider using a traceable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance, since cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
